This policy explains how Garagely.lu processes personal data across the website, apps, cloud synchronization and subscription management.

2. Data processed
We process account, company and team data, sign-in and security data, license and payment status, and inventory content entered by the customer such as parts, barcodes, quantities and movements.
IP address, timestamps, device information, technical errors and security events may be logged to operate and protect the service.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Processing is necessary to perform the contract and provide Garagely.lu, meet legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests in security, stability and troubleshooting.
4. Cloud, security and processors
The Garagely.lu cloud is operated in Luxembourg. Data is encrypted in transit, while sensitive server data and backups are additionally encrypted at rest.
Selected providers may support hosting, email delivery and payments. Stripe processes payment and subscription data under its own privacy terms.
5. Retention and deletion
Data is retained only for as long as needed for the service, billing, legal retention and security. Users can delete their account in the app; a company owner can delete the entire workspace.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing at privacy@garagely.lu. Complaints may be lodged with the CNPD in Luxembourg.
