These terms apply to the use of the Garagely.lu apps and cloud services.
2. Services
Garagely.lu provides software for parts inventory management in workshops (barcode scanning, cloud sync, reports).
3. Registration and account
Use requires an account with a confirmed email address. Credentials must be kept confidential.
4. Pricing and subscription
The subscription costs €24.99 per month or €249.99 per year. New users get a 14-day free trial. Billing and renewal are handled through the Apple App Store.
5. Term and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in your App Store settings.
6. User obligations
Users agree not to store unlawful content and not to misuse the service.
7. Liability
Softswirl Studio is liable under statutory provisions; for slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may adjust these Terms; we will inform you in good time of any material changes.
9. Governing law
Luxembourg law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, where permitted, Luxembourg.
