These Terms govern the company subscription and use of the Garagely.lu apps and cloud services.
1. Service
Garagely.lu provides multi-tenant parts and inventory software, including barcode capture, stock movements, stocktakes, alerts, roles, reports and device synchronization.
2. Company account
The company owner is responsible for accurate information, secure credentials, authorized user accounts and content stored in the workspace.
3. Pricing, trial and billing
New company subscriptions cost EUR 30 per month or EUR 300 per year, excluding applicable VAT. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed price. A 14-day trial may apply to new subscriptions.
Ordering, billing, renewal and cancellation are handled through the Garagely.lu website and Stripe. The terms shown at checkout control.
4. Term and cancellation
The subscription renews for the selected period until cancelled in the Garagely.lu customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless checkout states otherwise.
5. Availability and backups
Garagely.lu is operated with professional care. Maintenance, security measures or events beyond our control may cause interruptions. Customers remain responsible for exports and controls required for their operations.
6. Acceptable use and liability
Unauthorized access, security circumvention, unlawful content and activity that disrupts the service are prohibited. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected; otherwise liability is limited where legally permitted.
7. Governing law
Luxembourg law applies. Customers will receive reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms.
