What matters before you start.
Do we need extra scanner hardware?+
No. The iPhone or iPad camera scans barcodes directly. Keyboard entry and compatible fixed scanners remain available.
Can Mac, iPhone and iPad work at the same time?+
Yes. Every device uses the same company workspace. Movements are stored locally and synchronized automatically through Garagely.lu Cloud.
Does a new workspace contain demo parts?+
No. Every new company starts with an empty inventory. Onboarding explains the app without writing sample items into real stock.
How do billing and cancellation work?+
Company plans are purchased through garagely.lu and Stripe. The owner manages the term, invoices and cancellation in the web customer portal.
Where is our data stored?+
Garagely.lu Cloud is operated in Luxembourg. Transport, sensitive server data and backups are encrypted, with access isolated by company and role.
What happens on weak Wi-Fi?+
The app is local-first. Loaded data and new operations stay available on the device and sync once connectivity returns.
